Aylin Gözen, who has been working as a "Marketing and Communication Consultant" for various national and international companies and institutions since 1996, has directed her work especially to the luxury consumption and jewelry sector since 2006. He has implemented many innovative practices in the freelance consultancy process and organized large-scale organizations.

Gözen, who has expert certificates on Colored Gemstones and Diamonds, learned about gemstones among gemstone miners and gemologists, through his international studies and travels, as well as through the training he received. He has articles, trainings and studies on gemstones and jewelery buying secrets, jewelery retailing, and jewelery trends and trends based on the important international fairs he regularly visits and general trends.

Gözen is a member of the world's leading international organizations, WDC (World Diamond Council) and ICA (International Colored Gemstone Association).

He has regularly published columns and trend pages in World Diamond Magazine, a publication of the World Confederation of Diamond Exchanges WFDB, and in many magazines in Turkey. In addition, TV series have appeared on leading television channels across Türkiye.

Today, in addition to its international association and council studies and books, it continues its international projects to promote our jewelery all over the world, to establish ties between jewelery and art and design, to raise consumer awareness and to increase sales with different marketing techniques in the jewelery industry.

Some of Our Works

  • 2023- As an extension of its innovative marketing efforts, it organized the "From GOLD to DATA - Revolution in Jewelry Marketing with Artificial Intelligence" event and the first dinner served in the cistern at the historical Şerefiye Cistern.

  • 2022- present: Jewelery Exporters Association Culture and Art Advisor, Member of the International Trade Development Committee, CIBJO representative.

  • 2022-today: Project and implementation of the "Art for Jewelery" movement and events initiated internationally to promote our jewelery with its history, culture and art.

  • 2018 - to present- Member of the Board of Auditors of the Istanbul Chamber of Jewelers and Chairman of the Marketing Commission.

  • One of the panelists on timeless luxury at the 2019 International The Luxury Network's Luxury Network Summit held in Istanbul.

  • 2016 - Panama Stock Exchange opening speaker, establishment of Latin American Women Jewelers organization MUBRI and participation in Türkiye.

  • 2016 - Establishment of the Gleam Diamonds brand and with the designs of the designers produced by the Gleam Diamonds brand;

  • 2015 - 2016 Presenting the jewelery corner in the "Last Trend" program, which was broadcast on Kanaltürk in the first year and on SHOWTV Europe channels the next year.

  • 2014 - Project design and curation of the "Diamond's Journey from Mineral to Jewelry" exhibition at Lütfi Kırdar Congress Center with the contributions of De Beers.

  • 2013- Organization of the Turkish Delegation to be invited to the "Antwerp Diamond Trade Fair 2014" held in Antwerp, the world's important diamond center, on behalf of the fair.

  • 2013- Organizing "From Mines to Jewelry" chats for consumers in jewelry stores.

  • 2013- Preparation of the "Trend Wall" presenting the 2013 jewelery trends at the Istanbul Jewelry Fair.

  • 2013- Special opening of the “Roberto Bravo” store in Galleria, the shopping center next to Red Square in Moscow, and a fashion show organized with Fashion TV.

  • 2012- International aid project; Organization of an important aid project in Africa for the "Roberto Bravo" brand, with international impact, under the sponsorship of the brand.

  • 2010 - Organization of the "Time Tunnel - Turkish Jewelry from the Magnificence of the Ottoman Empire to 2011 Trends" event as one of the main events for TÜYAP at the "Gold Istanbul" fair.

  • 2010- Kültür AŞ publications - “100 JEWS OF ISTANBUL” book.

This series, consisting of 100 books, received the Best Encyclopedic Work Award from ESKADER Literature, Art and Culture Research Association in 2010.

  • 2009- Organization of the "Jewelry Exhibition and Auction" with the participation of 33 leading companies in the sector.

  • 2009- Establishing a delegation from Turkey for the ICA Show - Dubai on behalf of ICA.

  • 2008- Reception and dinner organization for members of the Jewelery Stonemasons Association and Jewelers' Chambers & Associations, on behalf of the Dubai Government Initiative DMCC, at the Four Seasons Hotel.

  • 2008 – Organizing the Turkish leg of the "International Pearl Design" competition on behalf of DMCC, an initiative of the Government of Dubai.

  • 2008 – Türkiye Representation of Dubai Government's Initiative DMCC

  • Since 2006, he has given different seminars for the "Jewelry Design and Jewelery" departments of universities.
